Artificial Studio (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 77601262) is the data controller for personal data processed through Citebility.
What we collect
- Email address (to run the scan and send the report)
- The URL you submit for scanning
- IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
- Scan results and scores
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data based on your consent and legitimate interest, to run the scan, deliver reports and prevent abuse.
Third parties
We use technical services like Supabase (database, EU) and AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) which only receive the submitted URL and brand name — no personal data.
Retention
Scan results and email addresses are retained as long as necessary for the service, with a maximum of 24 months. You can request deletion by email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion and objection. Send a request to citebility@artificialstudio.io.
